 The iTotal extended package, as the name indicates extends the superior services the
standard package provides for more intense computing environments. Needless to say, all
the services that are part of the standard services are available as part of the extended
services and more. The highlight of the extended services are:

1. CIO Services - Strategic Planning

  • The CIO will work with the executive
    management team and will create a
    strategic IT plan that caters to the growth
    and business expansion requirements for
    the enterprise.

  • Run pilot programs and projects to assess
    technology concepts and validity to the
    enterprise.
 2. Software Services - Non-standard software
integration

  • Every computing environment has its share
    of non-standard software packages and the
    iTotal(tm) Extended package allows for the
    deviation. Two non-standard packages can
    be integrated into the new computing
    environment. More can be done using our
    premium services.

3. Disaster Recovery Planning

  • Disaster recovery plan is one of the key
    features of the EX package. The CIO will
    work with the executive team to formulate
    an IT recovery plan in case of disasters.

  • The planning will include one test of the
    plan to assess validity and fine tune
    operational procedures.
4. Backup and Recovery Services

  • One of the advantages of the EX package is
    the incremental daily backup with a full
    weekly backup schedule. This provides
    more peace of mind when it comes to
    protecting the risk of data loss. Standard
    operating procedures will be followed to
    store backup tapes off-site.

  • The Extended package comes with
    unlimited restores/month at no-charge. The
    restores will be done based on severity and
    follow standard Service Level Agreements.
